Happy Passover!

Shabbat Shalom!

Welcome to Parasha Pesach-Passover, this week’s Torah portion.

Torah Reading

Exodus 12:21-51;

21 Then Moshe called for all the leaders of Isra’el and said, “Select and take lambs for your families, and slaughter the Pesach lamb. 22 Take a bunch of hyssop leaves and dip it in the blood which is in the basin, and smear it on the two sides and top of the door-frame. Then, none of you is to go out the door of his house until morning. 23 For YAHUVEH will pass through to kill the Egyptians; but when he sees the blood on the top and on the two sides, YAHUVEH will pass over the door and will not allow the Slaughterer to enter your houses and kill you. 24 You are to observe this as a law, you and your descendants forever.

25 “When you come to the land which YAHUVEH will give you, as he has promised, you are to observe this ceremony. 26 When your children ask you, ‘What do you mean by this ceremony?’ 27 say, ‘It is the sacrifice of YAHUVEH’s Pesach [Passover], because [YAHUVEH] passed over the houses of the people of Isra’el in Egypt, when he killed the Egyptians but spared our houses.’” The people of Isra’el bowed their heads and worshipped. 28 Then the people of Isra’el went and did as YAHUVEH had ordered Moshe and Aharon — that is what they did.

(vi) 29 At midnight YAHUVEH killed all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh sitting on his throne to the firstborn of the prisoner in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of livestock. 30 Pharaoh got up in the night, he, all his servants and all the Egyptians; and there was horrendous wailing in Egypt; for there wasn’t a single house without someone dead in it. 31 He summoned Moshe and Aharon by night and said, “Up and leave my people, both you and the people of Isra’el; and go, serve YAHUVEH as you said. 32 Take both your flocks and your herds, as you said; and get out of here! But bless me, too.” 33 The Egyptians pressed to send the people out of the land quickly, because they said, “Otherwise we’ll all be dead!”

34 The people took their dough before it had become leavened and wrapped their kneading bowls in their clothes on their shoulders. 35 The people of Isra’el had done what Moshe had said — they had asked the Egyptians to give them silver and gold jewelry and clothing; 36 and YAHUVEH had made the Egyptians so favorably disposed toward the people that they had let them have whatever they requested. Thus they plundered the Egyptians.

37 The people of Isra’el traveled from Ra‘amses to Sukkot, some six hundred thousand men on foot, not counting children. 38 A mixed crowd also went up with them, as well as livestock in large numbers, both flocks and herds. 39 They baked matzah loaves from the dough they had brought out of Egypt, since it was unleavened; because they had been driven out of Egypt without time to prepare supplies for themselves.

40 The time the people of Isra’el lived in Egypt was 430 years. 41 At the end of 430 years to the day, all the divisions of YAHUVEH left the land of Egypt. 42 This was a night when YAHUVEH kept vigil to bring them out of the land of Egypt, and this same night continues to be a night when YAHUVEH keeps vigil for all the people of Isra’el through all their generations.

43 YAHUVEH said to Moshe and Aharon, “This is the regulation for the Pesach lamb: no foreigner is to eat it. 44 But if anyone has a slave he bought for money, when you have circumcised him, he may eat it. 45 Neither a traveler nor a hired servant may eat it. 46 It is to be eaten in one house. You are not to take any of the meat outside the house, and you are not to break any of its bones. 47 The whole community of Isra’el is to keep it. 48 If a foreigner staying with you wants to observe YAHUVEH’s Pesach, all his males must be circumcised. Then he may take part and observe it; he will be like a citizen of the land. But no uncircumcised person is to eat it. 49 The same teaching is to apply equally to the citizen and to the foreigner living among you.”

50 All the people of Isra’el did just as YAHUVEH had ordered Moshe and Aharon. 51 On that very day, YAHUVEH brought the people of Isra’el out of the land of Egypt by their divisions.

Prophetic Reading

Joshua 3:5-7; 5:2 – 6:1;

Y’hoshua said to the people, “Consecrate yourselves, because tomorrow YAHUVEH is going to work wonders among you.” Then Y’hoshua said to the cohanim, “Take the ark for the covenant, and go on ahead of the people.” They took the ark for the covenant and went ahead of the people.

7 YAHUVEH said to Y’hoshua, “Starting today, I will make you great in full view of all Isra’el; so that they will know that just as I was with Moshe, so I will be with you.

2 It was at that time that YAHUVEH said to Y’hoshua, “Make yourself knives of flint, and circumcise the people of Isra’el again, a second time. 3 So Y’hoshua made himself knives of flint and circumcised the people of Isra’el at Giv‘at-Ha‘Aralot [the hill of foreskins]. 4 The reason Y’hoshua circumcised was that all the people who had left Egypt who were males, all the fighting men, had died in the desert along the way after leaving Egypt. 5 For although all the people who left Egypt had been circumcised, all those who had been born in the desert on the way as they went on from Egypt had not been circumcised; 6 because the people of Isra’el walked forty years in the desert until the whole nation, that is, the fighting men who had left Egypt, had died out; because they had not heeded what YAHUVEH said. YAHUVEH had sworn that he would not allow them to see the land which YAHUVEH swore to their ancestors that he would give us, a land flowing with milk and honey. 7 So he raised up their children to take their place, and it was these whom Y’hoshua circumcised; till then they had been uncircumcised, because they had not been circumcised while traveling.

8 When all the nation had been circumcised, every one of them, they stayed where they were in camp until they had healed. 9 YAHUVEH said to Y’hoshua, “Today I have rolled off from you the stigma of Egypt.” This is why the place has been called Gilgal [rolling] ever since. 10 The people of Isra’el camped at Gilgal, and they observed Pesach on the fourteenth day of the month, there on the plains of Yericho. 11 The day after Pesach they ate what the land produced, matzah and roasted ears of grain that day. 12 The following day, after they had eaten food produced in the land, the man ended. From then on the people of Isra’el no longer had man; instead, that year, they ate the produce of the land of Kena‘an.

13 One day, when Y’hoshua was there by Yericho, he raised his eyes and looked; and in front of him stood a man with his drawn sword in his hand. Y’hoshua went over to him and asked him, “Are you on our side or on the side of our enemies?” 14 “No,” he replied, “but I am the commander of YAHUVEH’s army; I have come just now.” Y’hoshua fell down with his face to the ground and worshipped him, then asked, “What does my lord have to say to his servant?” 15 The commander of YAHUVEH’s army answered Y’hoshua, “Take your sandals off your feet, because the place where you are standing is holy.” And Y’hoshua did so.

6 Yericho had completely barricaded its gates against the people of Isra’el — no one left, and no one entered.

John 19:31-20:1

31 It was Preparation Day, and the Judeans did not want the bodies to remain on the stake on Shabbat, since it was an especially important Shabbat. So they asked Pilate to have the legs broken and the bodies removed. 32 The soldiers came and broke the legs of the first man who had been put on a stake beside YAHUSHUA, then the legs of the other one; 33 but when they got to YAHUSHUA and saw that he was already dead, they didn’t break his legs. 34 However, one of the soldiers stabbed his side with a spear, and at once blood and water flowed out. 35 The man who saw it has testified about it, and his testimony is true. And he knows that he tells the truth, so you too can trust. 36 For these things happened in order to fulfill this passage of the Tanakh:

“Not one of his bones will be broken.”[a]

37 And again, another passage says,

“They will look at him whom they have pierced.”[b]

38 After this, Yosef of Ramatayim, who was a talmid of YAHUSHUA, but a secret one out of fear of the Judeans, asked Pilate if he could have YAHUSHUA’s body. Pilate gave his consent, so Yosef came and took the body away. 39 Also Nakdimon, who at first had gone to see YAHUSHUA by night, came with some seventy pounds of spices — a mixture of myrrh and aloes. 40 They took YAHUSHUA’s body and wrapped it up in linen sheets with the spices, in keeping with Judean burial practice. 41 In the vicinity of where he had been executed was a garden, and in the garden was a new tomb in which no one had ever been buried. 42 So, because it was Preparation Day for the Judeans, and because the tomb was close by, that is where they buried YAHUSHUA.

20 Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Miryam from Magdala went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the tomb.

AmightyWind Prophecies

Prophecy 31:
Don’t just recite the prayers you speak Israel, but believe the prayers you recite. Don’t just celebrate ‘Passover’ believe it is your ‘Passover.’ This goes for all MY Beloved Children who seek to please ME, who obey ME, who serve ME, worship ME, putting ME the great GOD ‘I AM”‘ and YAHUSHUA above all things. I am sending forth this message and have already spoken it to multitudes through MY RUACH ha KODESH. If you want Passover deliverance from the hands of the enemies, then you must celebrate and believe and encourage one another. This is your Passover and you will be counted worthy to escape the wrath of ‘I AM’ that is to come. The plagues will Passover you and not touch you, all the plagues, as in the time of Moses it shall be again but you will have a way of escape. You shall have a Passover once again. The Blood of YAHUSHUA is your ‘Passover.’ If you’re reading this then you’re held accountable for what you know. What will you do with it?The ‘Passover’ is your promise. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob the great GOD ‘I AM’ will deliver you once again in ways you think not if only you can believe. Where your faith is that is where your Passover is. Those who live in America and I have prophesied the wrath to come, this is true but those that believe ‘I AM’ the Passover and like Moses, I will provide a way of escape for you, you shall not be ashamed that you believed. I will prove the great GOD ‘I AM’ cannot and will not lie to you. Where your faith is there will be your ‘Passover.’

As in the time of Lot and Moses so it shall be again, ‘I AM’ will send you your Passover. YAHUSHUA is your Passover. Don’t let March 31, 1999 sunset go by without praying for your ‘True Passover, YAHUSHUA’, to come. Observe this day not in legalism but do what you can. Study and show thyself approved to know what to do on this day. Is it really too much to ask you not to eat Leaven for 8 days? To eat the Bread of Affliction to remind you of the one who paid the price as the Bread of Affliction to bring you your Passover.

I purposed that the Israelites would not have time for the bread to rise. I purposed it for they knew it not but it was no accident I caused them to flee so this would take place. For again the Jews partook and were offered the Bread of Affliction first which is called Matzoh Bread and now I give the knowledge they were given this even then, for it was YAHUSHUA who was to come, given as a reminder. YAHUSHUA is both the Jew and Gentiles PASSOVER. There was and is no other perfect Sacrificial Lamb that can be slain for the remission of sins, washing them away as though they never were but one. His NAME is YAHUSHUA ha MASHIACH, HIS NAME is SALVATION! HE alone is your Passover. Celebrate this on March 31, 1999 sunset and learn the true meaning of the Passover that was and the Passover that is to come.

For those that love, serve, try hard to obey ‘I AM’s commandments, knowing when you fail you have a PASSOVER Lamb whose Blood was shed at Calvary for your sins, yet you also know you do not test ME and purposely sin because you think you can. ‘I AM’ is not mocked and every person must work out their own salvation with fear and trembling for only ‘I AM’ knows your true heart and motives and intentions. Now I have spoken, what will you do with your PASSOVER? For many of you reading this there will be no more chances to celebrate the PASSOVER. It is time for you to decide, it is your choice. Beware I already know what you have chosen. Will you honor ME on this PASSOVER?

Prophecy 53:
So you eat this Passover feast, you do not murmur or grumble because instead you do it with a grateful heart and remember what happened with the children of Israel. Remember the children of Israel who wandered for 40 years. It would not have been so if they had not murmured, complained and grumbled. But I made them walk around and around, as some would say, in circles. I made them walk around and around and tested them again and again.

MY Children enjoy this Passover feast that I have provided for you this day. My Son, Chuck, thank you for obeying ME, thank you for listening. For the blessing of this Passover prophecy was meant for others and not only for you. Tell them if they missed doing the Passover Seder, even in a humble way, as long as they acknowledge ME, that I am the same YAHUVEH that delivered the children of Israel from the Egyptians and from the curses and the plagues that did come. Tell them if only MY children would do it in a humble way and acknowledge ME, no matter what the calendar day, where their Passover is, is where their faith will be and where their faith is, their Passover will be.

Prophecy 75:
I, YAHUVEH, give MY Babies, Bride, Chosen Ones and Elect, those who feed on MY Spiritual Meat to eat and recognize I, YAHUVEH speak forth out of MY Handmaiden and through her I give this mandate to you. You are to celebrate all the Jewish Holy Days and the coming days of Sukkot as a reminder you are only living in a temporary dwelling place. Earth is your temporary dwelling place until you come home to Heaven. You are just a traveler passing through until you accomplish the job I have sent you to earth to do. Destruction is coming to this world, along with it death and disease and weather disasters created by man playing God. You are to observe this Sukkot even if you have never celebrated it before. You are to keep all the coming Holy Days. Where your faith is your Passover will be. You are to fast on Yom Kippur, humbling yourself before I, YAHUVEH and fasting for the evil in your land so you will be spared when death visits MY enemies who set themselves against all that is Holy.

I will bless you and protect you in ways you think not, when the time of destruction and testing comes, if you will obey all I, YAHUVEH say this day. Keep the Jewish Holy Days Holy before I, YAHUVEH. Remind ME on Passover as you celebrate and remove the leaven from your houses as I protected the Children of Israel as they put the blood of the lamb on their door posts, how much more will I protect those that have the Blood of YAHUSHUA covering them and their homes. On Sukkot as you set up your temporary shelters, it will be a symbol to ME how you depend on I, YAHUVEH to protect your body, for in it dwells your Spirit and MY RUACH ha KODESH, the HOLY SPIRIT, as you are a stranger to this temporary shelter called earth and just passing through to get to your Heavenly home called Heaven.

Prophecy 85:
When I tell you to sell what you have, escape while you can yet flee. Multitudes of you still question ME. Why do you think I told you to do Passover? Even if you have never done it before, I warned you to do it so the angel of death would pass over you and not touch your families or homes and the curses could not come upon you. How many of you listened when I spoke forth out of this Ring Maiden and gave you a mandate to do this. After the Passover comes an exodus. Elisabeth had no idea their exodus would come without a warning in advance. I have warned you though. They go before you.

Prophecy 95:
I have more to say but the Words I have to say will not be for the world to hear. It is for you five. Oh MY beloved Little Ones, you need a Passover. Those reading these Words, those who will hear these Words, you need a Passover. You need to be delivered of your burdens, of your enemies. No matter how humble of a Passover that you do, just do it. Just acknowledge the fact you need a Passover. You need a new beginning. You need miracles from Heaven. You need deliverance from the enemies’ hands for I warn you of this, your worst enemies are your own governments and your own land. I warn you of this. America, you are doomed. I prophesied it again and again and again and again! So America, I’m going to give you a leader after your own heart. You are a bully. You are brutish. You once were so blessed and now you are a curse unto ME and all who follow in America’s footsteps, all you nations, I speak through this Prophetic Handmaiden, so you shall be a curse unto ME. So you are a curse unto ME. I warned you Canada, don’t follow in your sister’s footsteps. But you sold yourself, the government of Canada, oh Canadians, for the price of gold, sold itself. Now embraces immorality, embraces the spirit of atheism.

And all of you, all of you, all of you listening, all of you, all of you, all of you who receive, don’t forget you need a Passover and for so many of you, if you can but just do the most humble I will honor it as another Passover approaches.

You organized churches, I laugh at you. You have MY Ressurrection before the Passover. Foolish, foolish manmade religions. Foolish, foolish manmade religions, how many souls have been taken to hell because of you? But not one do I loose whose names are found written in the LAMB’S Book of Life, again I say, before the foundation of this earth.

Prophecy 108:
It matters not MY Children, fret not amongst yourselves whether it’s this day or that day for times have been changed by man, but I know your heart. […] So keep sparkling for ME in the midst of this dung heap of earth, I look from heaven and I see you sparkle and I am honoured. (Prophecy 108, I, YAHUVEH, Will Soon Loose the Spirit of Destruction Upon Earth! March 9, 2009)

Teaching

HAPPY PASSOVER !!!

“But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we are healed.”  (Isaiah 53:5)
At the same time, Jewish People and Messianic Believers will be celebrating the Passover Seder, recounting how the Angel of Death passed over the homes of the Israelites and all those in Egypt who applied the blood of the Passover lamb to their doorposts.
Two thousand years ago, 12 men celebrating the Passover Seder in Jerusalem were told by their rabbi and master, YAHUSHUA, that this would be their last Seder together.  He also explained its prophetic significance.
“When the hour came, YAHUSHUA and His apostles reclined at the table.  And He said to them, ‘I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.  I tell you, I will not eat it again until it finds fulfillment in the kingdom of YAH.’”  (Luke 22:14–16)
Despite this last time of breaking unleavened bread and sharing of the wine, YAHUSHUA did not leave them without hope.
He emphasized the physical coming of the Kingdom of GOD to the earth and His return:

“After taking the cup, He gave thanks and said, ‘Take this and divide it among you.  For I tell you I will not drink again from the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of GOD comes.’

“And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, ‘This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.’  In the same way, after the supper He took the cup, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is poured out for you.’”

(Luke 22:17–20)
And so YAHUSHUA taught His talmidim (disciples) that the Passover Seder was from that time on to be celebrated in remembrance of the sacrifice that He was to make of Himself in order to become an atonement for the sins of all mankind.
What Did Our Redeemer Do for Us?
“Clean out the old leaven so that you may be a new lump, just as you are in fact unleavened.  For Messiah our Passover also has been sacrificed.’”
(1 Corinthians 5:7)
As the blood of the Passover lamb spared the Israelite firstborns from death in Egypt, the blood of Messiah YAHUSHUA spares us from eternal death and separation from YAH.
Indeed, no sacrifice could cover intentionally disobeying the law.  Nor could its covering of sin extend into eternity.  Only the Lamb of GOD could redeem humankind from the curse and the punishment of disobedience, as well as give eternal life.
the prophet Isaiah spoke of the fulfillment of Passover through the coming of the Passover Lamb, the Suffering Servant of GOD, who would become this curse for us and bear the sins of many:
“But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by His wounds we are healed.  We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and YAHUVEH has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.”  (Isaiah 53:5–6; see also Galatians 3:10, 13; 2 Corinthians 5:21)
But Isaiah 53 is not the only prophecy about YAHUSHUA.  We can know that YAHUSHUA was this Suffering Servant and took our death penalty upon Himself as our Passover Lamb by carefully reading Passover Scriptures that foreshadow Him, such as these:
Foreshadow: Exodus 12:5 speaks of a spotless (unblemished) lamb to be used in the Seder.  Isaiah 53:11 further describes the coming Passover Lamb as being the “righteous servant.”
Fulfilled: “God made Him YAHUSHUA who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of GOD.”  (2 Corinthians 5:21)

Foreshadow: Exodus 12:22–23 describes how the blood of the lamb is used to cover the members of the household from judgment.  Isaiah 53:6 says the Messiah bore the “iniquity of us all.”
Fulfilled: Believers now “have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of YAHUSHUA, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, His body.” (Hebrews 10:19–20)

Foreshadow: Exodus 12:6 says that the lamb is to be slaughtered between the evenings(sometimes translated twilight).

Fulfilled: Matthew 27:45–46 describes how YAHUSHUA hung on the tree from the 6th hour to the 9th hour, which is before evening fell.  It is the same time that the Passover lambs were being slain for the Passover Seder.

Foreshadow: Exodus 12:46 says that not a bone of the lamb is to be broken.

Fulfilled: John 19:31–36 states that when the soldiers came to break the legs of those condemned to die on the Roman execution stake in order to hasten their death, YAHUSHUA was already dead.  Not one of His bones was broken.

Foreshadow: Leviticus 23:5 says that Passover is to be celebrated on the 14th of Nissan at twilight.

Fulfilled: Matthew 27:62 tells us that YAHUSHUA died on the day of preparation for the Passover, which is Nissan 14, just in time for the Passover.
The Passover Lamb: When being Passed Over Is a Miracle
Passover is rich in lessons for all Believers in YAHUSHUA.
For a child, being passed over could be devastating.  Likewise, as adults, being passed over for a promotion, raise, or a prestigious role can be very frustrating.
But being “passed over” during the first Passover was a miracle of deliverance.
During the very first Passover in Egypt, so that YAH’s judgment of Egypt would pass over, the children of Israel were required to choose an unblemished lamb, kill it, and place its blood over the doorposts and lintels of their dwelling places.
Today, 3300 years later, we are able to celebrate the Passover in all of its prophetic fulfillment.
We have the opportunity to place the blood of the perfect, chosen Lamb of GOD, YAHUSHUA, over our hearts and homes, so that by faith, we too will be spared from the Divine judgment due to fall on this world.  This too is a miracle of deliverance.
“And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where you are; and when I see the blood, I will pass over you [pasachti], and there shall no plague be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.”  (Exodus 12:13)
In Hebrew, the word for I will pass over is pasachti וּפָסַחְתִּי, which comes from the word pesach, which means to hop, to skip over, to spare, and to pass over.
Our salvation was wrought at such a great price.
The Messiah died in our place and paid the price for the sins that we committed.
And despite celebrating the Passover year after year, so many Jewish people do not know YAHUSHUA!
Kriah: The Jewish Custom of Rending the Garments
YAHUSHUA’s last words before giving up His Spirit were, “It is finished.” At that moment, our Father in heaven fulfilled an important Jewish custom.
In Judaism, there are seven immediate family members who are expected to observe a seven-day mourning period:  the father, mother, daughter, son, brother, sister, and spouse.
These seven mourners participate in a special tradition.
To symbolize how death rips the fabric of life, their garments are symbolically ripped just before the funeral, as Jacob did when he thought his son Joseph had been killed.
Then Jacob tore his clothes, put on sackcloth and mourned for his son many days.”  (Genesis 37:34)
In this tradition called kriah, the parents and children rend the garment on their left, closest to the heart.  Spouses and siblings tear their garments on the right.
While this may seem like an odd tradition, it dates back to Biblical times (Genesis 37:34).
In fact, at the moment of YAHUSHUA’s death, the Heavenly Father also seemed to observe kriah  in His grief over the death of His son YAHUSHUA the Messiah.
“At that moment the curtain of the Temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook and the rocks split.”  (Matthew 27:51)
Rending the curtain of the Temple removed the need for an appointed High Priest to bring a sacrifice into the Holy of Holies and make intercession for the sins of the people year after year.
YAHUSHUA is the Father’s anointed High Priest, who sacrificed His own body and blood for us.  He is our only intermediary.
As YAHUSHUA said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”  (John 14:6)
We come to our Father through YAHUSHUA.  Though He suffered and died, the tomb has been empty for 2,000 years and He is Alive!
Death could not contain Messiah!
“Messiah has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who have died.”  (1 Corinthians 5:20)
He now sits at the right hand of the Father and all authority has been given to Him!  He is our High Priest and only intermediary to YAHUVEH the Father for Jew and Gentile alike.
(Colossians 3:1; Matthew 28:18; 1 Timothy 2:5)
